Am I training Mixed Martial Arts?
You will learn pieces of MMA across all of our classes. After all we are a dedicated MMA gym.
Deciplines are trained separately with small amounts of crossover in each class to digest it all into manageable chunks. Starting with our fundamental and all levels classes.
You will not be able to learn the vastness of Mixed Martial Arts in a single class.
When people have developed a strong foundation of grappling (Jiu-Jitsu & Wrestling) and striking (K1 / Muay Thai). They are then invited to do Intermediate/ Advanced classes to go even deeper. Three months of consistent training is usually recommended for this.
How do I start my free week trial?
Just message us on the website contact page, or on either of our Facebook and Instagram pages.
You will get a run down of the rules of the gym. Shown around and then take part in the warm up of the class before being instructed through techniques of that class step by step.
You will be partnered with a someone that will be able to guide you along. Unless you come with a friend, you are fine to stick with them if your prefer.
